This declaration can happen via automated scanning of content, self-declaration or by hand categorization. When targeting this way a campaign manager will leverage a combination of these types of classification methods to provide appropriate reach and performance. Simply describe the category or content you are attempting to target and the campaign manager will target as close as possible leveraging all possible channels.
