In his role as Senior Director of Small and Midsize Business, Phil is responsible for designing and executing sales plans, identifying new segment opportunities, and creating best practices for customer relationship management as Ntooitive scales its rapidly growing tech platform. Prior to Ntooitive, Phil served as executive director of SMB and inside sales at NS8, where he helped build and execute on the strategy for the sales organization.
We asked Phillip to share a few tidbits about himself most people may not know about him:
What is an interesting fact about yourself?
I have a slight need for speed, I have topped 192 mph in a car before.
What are your hobbies or favorite activities to do outside of work?
Family time, travel, church, fitness, reading, watching Netflix murder documentaries, shooting guns, and anything car related.
Three things you would take to a deserted island?
People, access to leave (yacht, airplane, helicopter with unlimited gas supply), and a Walmart Superstore.

Your favorite film?
I have a few: Harlem Nights, House Party, Friday, the list goes on.
Your favorite book?
The Holy Bible.
Your best advice?
Always love – love yourself, love others, and love the process; Don’t assume; Believe in yourself at all times; Laugh often; Keep learning; It’s okay to be afraid but don’t be afraid of being afraid; Listen first; Life is good but it is not fair; Happiness is external, Joy is internal. Have Joy and happiness will come; Never lose faith; Don’t make decisions when you are mad; Don’t worry about what they think; Adversity is opportunity; You only fail when you quit; Learn to be humble and patient .
