Ryan Christiansen is the CEO and Owner of Ntooitive. Prior to starting Ntooitive Mr. Christiansen held senior management positions in media and digital companies including Vice President Digital Media at Stephens Media (The Review-Journal) in Las Vegas, Nevada; Regional Director of Digital Sales & Marketing at Digital First Media (AdTaxi Networks/The Denver Post) in Denver, Colorado; and Local Sales Manager at The Denver Post. Mr. Christiansen was named Editor and Publisher’s TOP 25 UNDER 35. He has a BA in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of Northern Colorado, with an emphasis in PR and Advertising. Ryan, his wife Lindsay and two daughters, Payton and Khloe, reside in Las Vegas, Nevada.

As president, CTO and co-founder, Vikas Khorana fuses innovative technology solutions with clients’ business objectives to deliver meaningful value and lasting impact. Before co-founding Ntooitive Digital, a marketing technology company and three-time Inc. 5000 honoree, he held senior engineering positions with Stephens Media, Cyberworld Inc., Satyam Infoway, and others.

Vikas is recognized for his track record of successfully impacting business growth metrics and guiding client’s business and operating models, which has earned him high regard from industry peers. He is a President’s Club member of the Vegas Chamber, and a member of the Forbes Technology Council where he shares new ideas and technologies transforming business. He also has been featured in industry trade publications such as Inc., SUCCESS, MediaPost, TechTarget, and MarTech Series.

Vikas received his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University in India.

Brian Johnson is the Vice President Sales of Ntooitive. Prior to Ntooitive, Mr. Johnson held a variety of senior digital media roles including Director of Digital Advertising Operations at Stephens Media in Las Vegas, Nevada and Senior Campaign Manager/Operational Development Specialist at AdTaxi Networks in Denver, Colorado. He also worked for Oracle and the United States Air Force. Mr. Johnson earned his degree in Non-Communications Electronics Analysis from Community College of the Air Force, at Maxwell-Gunter Air Force Base in Alabama. He currently resides in Las Vegas, Nevada.



Aaron Mills is the Director of Digital Operations at Ntooitive. Prior to Ntooitive, Mr. Mills served as Real Time Bidding (RTB) & Programmatic specialist at AdUs, the digital agency arm of Stephens Media in Las Vegas, Nevada. He also served as an independent Business Development Consultant on a wide variety of projects ranging in scope from freelance writing to developing web strategies, capital raising, and market research. Prior to that, he served as Executive Vice President of Global Express in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mr. Mills earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University. He currently resides in Las Vegas, Nevada.



Armando Guerrero is the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Ntooitive Digital. Prior to Ntooitive, Mr. Guerrero served as Senior Vice President with Entravision, a diversified global media and advertising technology company serving Latino consumers, where, during an eight-year tenure, he held senior roles in sales and marketing building Entravision’s local digital solutions with Pulpo Media, the top-ranked online advertising platform in connecting businesses with U.S. Latinos. Mr. Guerrero has also held leadership roles driving customer demand and building brand awareness across lines of business at C6 Marketing, MTV tr3s, and 107.1/97.5 FM. Mr. Guerrero also has experience working with national brands such as McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Wells Fargo, Honda and Chevrolet Dealer Associations, as well as local advertisers, helping tailor marketing campaigns built around specific business needs. As the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, Mr. Guerrero works to bring Ntooitive’s unparalleled digital ad experience and proprietary technology into a new, direct segment of ad partners.



As the General Manager of Technology, Tony Dawson oversees Ntooitive’s market-leading technology group and manages a nationally distributed and diverse sales team representing customers of all sizes. He is responsible for the group’s operations, business development, partnerships, and marketing efforts.

A U.S. Army veteran turned business executive with an impressive history of building teams, Dawson leads by encouraging collaboration at all levels of the organization through innovative programs and dynamic partnerships.

Dawson joined Ntooitive in 2020 and brings more than 25 years of SaaS product development experience in enterprise software, including core revenue drivers for industry-specific applications.

With wide-ranging experience taking companies public, including advising on acquisitions and turnarounds, Dawson brings a practical and business-oriented approach to his work. He was most recently Chief Revenue Officer at NS8 and Vetter Software. Before that, he was VP of Alliances at Coupa Software, Senior VP of Sales at Workplace Answers (acquired by EVERFI), VP of LATAM Sales and Business Development at SuccessFactors (acquired by SAP), Director of Sales Operations and Business Development at Instill (acquired by iTradeNetwork), GM of North America at Wokup (acquired by Air2Web), VP of Channel Sales and Business Development at Brience (acquired by Syniverse), and Director of Worldwide Service Sales at Netscape Communications (acquired by America Online).

Dawson is a member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America which supports youth development. He graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a B.S. in Business Economics and now lives in Las Vegas.
