Challenge

The client operates over 150 quick-service juice bars across 22 states and wanted to expand their customer base across all locations. Their goal was to improve their local presence around their existing stores, increase foot traffic, promote seasonal menu items, and create brand awareness for their upcoming grand openings.

Approach

Ntooitive Digital’s successful implementation of Google’s Performance Max (“PMAX”) campaign for their client’s grand openings and general marketing strategy was possible due to the effective use of the four C’s of digital marketing – Conversion, Channel, Create, and Compute.

Conversion: Ntooitive connected each store’s PMAX campaign to Google My Business, allowing accurate conversion tracking. This provided the client with the ability to track store traffic and measure the campaign’s success based on actual conversions.

Channel: Ntooitive utilized all available channels on Google, including YouTube, Display, Search, Discover, Gmail, and Maps. This allowed for full coverage of ads and special promotions around the radius of each store, providing effective communication with potential customers.

Create: Ntooitive created engaging social media promotional ads to reach the client’s current social media followers, leading to increased brand awareness and connection with customers. By pairing PMAX campaigns with paid social ads, Ntooitive delivered personalized messaging to potential customers, leading to successful customer conversion and strong customer turnout for the store’s grand openings.

Compute: The use of Google My Business and website conversion tracking played a pivotal role in analyzing the campaign’s performance, enabling Ntooitive to refine their approach and achieve successful customer conversion and increased brand awareness.
