The client operates multiple quick service pizza locations across the West Coast and wanted to expand their customer base across all locations. Their goal was to take advantage of strong existing customer loyalty and retention rate of first-time visitors to expand their reach.
Approach
Understanding the client’s strengths around customer retention, we developed a strategy to increase brand awareness. We pinpointed a potential customer demographic: individuals who had recently relocated near a restaurant. Utilizing programmatic display, Ntooitive targeted new movers within the radius of the locations. We paired this strategy with comprehensive onsite and in-store conversion tracking to measure the efficacy of the plan.
Leveraging its conversion tracking software, Ntooitive developed custom look-alike models similar to their loyal customer base. By pairing this detailed targeting with enticing offers to first time buyers, the client saw an uptick in new customers.
