If you experience an issue where an Audience Segment is not available, you can reach out to us and we will work on getting that Audience Segment added.
On the left-hand side of the screen click on the question mark icon, then ‘Audience Request’
Once you hit that button, you will be brought to the following page:
Please give us a detailed description of the audience segment you would like us to add.
Once you have submitted your audience segment, you will get this popup. Click ‘Okay’ to close and return to the platform. You will need to submit a new request for each separate audience segment. After submitting, the support team will follow up with your request.
