Hyper Local Targeted Mobile Display

Formerly referred to as Mobile Geo Frequency Retargeting Hyper Local Targeted Mobile Display targets users that have been behaviorally profiled by the geographical places that they have visited and is capable of targeting those users when in a specific location. This data is collected from the location services on their phones. Often this data is sold to Ntooitive by Apps or networks of app that have gained the user’s permission to resell and track their location data. You can leverage this targeting data for your clients in 2 different ways: Targeting users while they are at or near a specific location. Targeting users whom have been to specific locations once or have displayed a frequent visit behavior. When targeting users whom are at specific locations we are able to target those users down to a very small granularity. However, If targeting very specific areas such as individual businesses it is necessary to provide us with a large amount of locations to allow for fulfillment of a meaningful campaign. As a general rule we start to see above average success when are provided 10+ locations. When Targeting users whom have been to specific locations once or have displayed a frequent visit behavior we will need a list of specific businesses or a general type of business (i.e. Coffee Shops, Auto Dealerships, Home Improvement Stores etc.) and at least one DMA or large metro to find those businesses within. The Assets needed to launch a Behaviorally Segmented Display, Desktop Campaign are:
